Everyone is an expert in something. Tell us three things you’re an expert in.
Noun – a person who has special skill or knowledge in some particular field; specialist; authority
Adjective – possessing special skill or knowledge; trained by practice; skillful or skilled (often followed by in or at)
This is a hard question. I don’t really consider myself an “Expert” in anything. I fall more into the category of Jack of all Trades, Master of None. I know a little bit about many different subjects, but I don’t see myself as an expert. That being said there are a few things that I am REALLY good at, so let’s talk about those.
- Loving my cats – It’s pretty much impossible to not love them. I don’t have any human children (yet) and Janie and Jax are my children. They both have unique and different personalities and they bring me so much joy and comfort. Here are a couple pictures of my babies:
- Procrastination – I have always been awesome at waiting until the last minute to get things done. Whether it was homework or chores or buying birthday cards, I am really awesome at putting stuff off.
- Coloring – I used to do lots of artsy stuff when I was younger, but then I got away from it for a while. Recently I got back into coloring. I find it is a great stress relief technique when my anxiety is flaring up and I like being able to choose what colors to use and what the final picture will look like. Here are a couple of my latest creations:
Maybe someday I’ll be a real expert in something, but for now I’ll stick to what I know.
